悅和醬園為香港惟一擁有獨立蒸酒及製造的製造牌的製造廠，全部製造過程均由海關監控，蒸釀各類粵式米酒。所用原料均用傳統酒餅及泰國進口無基因改造米釀造，蕴藏多時才售買，酒味及香氣非一般產品可比擬。青梅收盛是有季節性，每年四、五月份是青梅盛產季節，就是泡製梅酒最佳的時候。
